With the continuous development of powder industry, the market requirements for the application of Raymond mill for ore are also increasing. As the main grinding equipment of powder industry in our country, the ultra-fine Raymond mill of ore is developing towards "high reliability, energy saving, automation" in order to meet the requirements of different application fields.

Due to the performance problems of traditional ultra-fine Raymond mill, such as low fineness, high power consumption, high noise and low system efficiency, it has been plagued by mineral processing enterprises and Raymond mill equipment manufacturers. After years of experience accumulation, on the basis of improving the original Raymond mill, we independently developed and produced a new generation of ultra-fine Raymond mill for ores, which effectively solved the technical problems of traditional ultra-fine Raymond mill, thus improving the performance-price ratio of Raymond mill.

Four major improvements in the structure of ore ultrafine Raymond mill are as follows:
1. the main shaft and plum blossom rack have been reconstructed in favour of stability, so as to make them run smoothly.

2. the traditional part of the analyzer is changed from the traction type in the cavity to the rotation and isolation in the transmission cavity of the hanging crane outside the cavity, thus enhancing the stability and durability of its work.

3. In the comminution area, the materials to be grinded are always gathered in the grinding area for effective processing, which improves the grinding efficiency. At the same time, the structure of the grinding roll is updated, so that the grinding roll wheel and the grinding roll shaft can complement each other and rotate at the same time, so as to make the grinding roll more effective and durable.

4. In the ventilation part, the bellows and air ducts are changed from the original horizontal bottom to incline 30 degrees to the center, forming a bucket shape, ensuring that the bellows and air ducts are always free from blockage, so that the air volume is always maintained as required, and the main grinding machine is in high efficiency.
